Bunker Transfer is a file sharing service that allows users to upload and share files up to 2GB in size. Files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the specified expiration period.

• Maximum file size: 2GB per transfer
• Expiration options: 1 to 30 days
• Optional password protection available

// 3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
• Share copyrighted material without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Share content that violates others' privacy
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits

// 4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through the Service. Bunker Corporation does not monitor, review, or endorse user content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

// 5. Data Retention

Files are automatically deleted after their expiration date. We do not guarantee the availability of files until their expiration. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered. Users should maintain their own backups of important data.

// 6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BUNKER CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
